This multi-layer cooling conveyor is installed between the oven and fryer of the tortilla chips production line. It precools hot baked tortilla sheets right after baking, eliminating excess heat of baked blanks. It prevents oil splashing, deformation and sticking during subsequent frying, ensuring stable frying shaping quality.

The vertical multi-layer folded design minimizes workshop space occupation, realizing fully automatic continuous production connecting oven and fryer.

Main Features

  1. Food-grade 304 Stainless Steel

    The whole frame and mesh belt are made of 304 stainless steel, high temperature and oil corrosion resistant, easy to clean and sanitize, meeting food safety standards.

  2. Adjustable Conveying Speed

    Equipped with VFD variable frequency drive, the running speed is stepless adjustable. Operators can set different cooling residence time based on output and cooling requirements.

  3. Two Standard Models for Selection

  • 3-layer cooling conveyor: Compact structure for small & medium production lines, meets basic pre-cooling demands.

  • 5-layer cooling conveyor: Longer cooling path for high-capacity lines, provides sufficient and even cooling for tortilla blanks.

  1. Circulation Air Cooling System

    Multiple circulation fans supply uniform cold air through mesh belts to cool every tortilla blank evenly.

Positioned after oven and before fryer on tortilla chips processing lines for pre-cooling baked tortilla chips.
