This cooking and soaking tank system is for corn tortilla chips

There has a cooking tank for cooking the corn for tortilla chips.

The soaking or steeping tanks quantity is based on your required capacity 

for 450-500kg per hour tortilla chips, we equip 6 sets soaking or steeping tanks

for 250-300kg per hour tortilla chips, we equip 4 sets soking or steeping tanks

The cooking tank will be heated by steam generator 500kg per hour.

In this system with dewater conveyor,screw elevator,corn washing machine,workbench and ladder.

There has automatci pneumatic valves with this system

Whole equipment is made of stainless steel 304
