Proper dehydration reduces internal moisture and ensures full expansion during frying, which directly determines the final crispiness and volume.

The dried pork skin is then sent to a continuous mesh-belt fryer with constant temperature control. High-temperature instant frying makes the skin puff rapidly into golden, crispy chicharron. Equipped with automatic oil filtration systems, the industrial fryer keeps frying oil clean, reduces oil consumption, and improves product consistency batch by batch.

After frying, centrifugal deoiling equipment removes surface grease to lower fat content and create a non-greasy mouthfeel. The cooled chicharron enters the seasoning drum for even flavor coating with salt, spicy, barbecue, cheese or lime tastes according to market requirements. Finally, automatic weighing and packaging machines finish sealed packaging for retail, wholesale and export.
