Tortilla Chips Making Machine
This fully integrated turnkey line is professionally engineered to produce crispy, uniform tortilla chips starting from raw whole corn. It covers every core processing stage from raw corn pretreatment to finished packaged snacks, realizing continuous automatic production with minimal manual operation.
The complete system consists of the following matched units with independent stable performance:
Corn cooking & soaking tanks: Achieve full corn gelatinization by high-temperature soaking, soften corn kernels for subsequent grinding;
Hoister conveyor: Stably transport soaked corn to the washing station with anti-spill design;
Corn washing machine: Internal spiral structure with circulating water spray system and sanitary pump to remove sediment, husks and impurities thoroughly;
Spiral elevator: Gentle vertical lifting to send clean corn into the milling machine without grain breakage;
Corn masa milling machine: Grind softened corn into fine, smooth masa with consistent fineness;
Masa feeder: Evenly feed masa to the forming section with stable flow control to avoid material blockage;
Sheeter: Roll masa into thin, uniform tortilla sheets with adjustable thickness for consistent chip size;
Baking oven: Evenly bake raw tortilla sheets to remove excess moisture and shape the base blanks;
Multi-layer cooling conveyor (3/5 layers optional): Pre-cool baked tortilla sheets between oven and fryer, eliminate blank residual heat to prevent oil splashing and deformation during frying; all contact parts adopt food-grade 304 stainless steel with adjustable running speed;
Frying system: Continuous deep-frying to turn cooled tortilla sheets into golden, crispy tortilla chips;
Packing system: Automatically weigh and seal finished fried tortilla chips for finished product storage and sales.
All equipment contacting raw materials and food adopts food-grade 304 stainless steel, complying with international food safety hygiene standards.
