Our tortilla chip production line offers a complete, automated solution for making high-quality tortilla chips starting from raw waxy corn.
The process begins with washing, soaking, and cooking the corn to prepare the base material, which is then ground into smooth masa.
The masa is fed into an extruder or masa feeder, formed into uniform sheets by a tortilla chips sheeter, and partially baked in a dedicated oven.
The semi-finished chips are then fried to perfect crispness in a tortilla chips fryer, cooled to maintain texture, and finally prepared for seasoning and packaging. This integrated line ensures consistent quality, high efficiency, and reliable performance for industrial-scale tortilla chip manufacturing.
